2023.03.26 국제진료센터 업무 "미수 문자 보내기"

안녕하세요,

국제진료센터 지킴이입니다. 

국제진료센터 업무 중에 중요한 업무 중 하나는 바로 미수 관리입니다. 

수납은 원무과에서 관리하고 있지만병원비 수납을 누락한 외국인 환자가 있다면 국제진료센터에서 전화하거나 문자메세지를 보내야 합니다.

 

여기서 중요한 점은 미수가 생긴 원인을 파악하는 점입니다. 미수가 발생한 이유는 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있습니다.

 

1. 환자의 실수: 원무과 들리는 점을 깜빡했거나 의도적인 미수 2. 원무과의 실수로 일부만 결제를 했을 경우 

 

특히 2번의 경우 병원측의 실수가 있었으니 그 부분을 명확하게 인지하고 메세지를 보내야 합니다. 

 

 

환자의 실수일 경우 메세지 예시:

 

1. Dear [Patient Name], this is a friendly reminder that your outstanding balance for medical services provided by our hospital is now [Amount]. Please make the payment as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you.
2. .Hello [Patient Name], we hope this message finds you well. We wanted to remind you that your hospital bill of [Amount] is still unpaid. Please make the payment as soon as possible to avoid any further delays. Thank you
3. Dear [Patient Name], we kindly request that you make the payment of [Amount] for the medical services provided to you at our hospital. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
4. Hello [Patient Name], this is a reminder that your outstanding hospital bill of [Amount] is still due. Please make the payment as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.
5. Dear [Patient Name], we have noticed that your hospital bill of [Amount] is still unpaid.  Please make the payment as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.

병원측의 실수일 경우 예시:

 

Dear [Patient Name],

 

We regret to inform you that there was an error in your recent hospital bill, and a certain fee was inadvertently left out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. 

The additional fee amounts to 100,000 KRW. 

 

There are three possible options to make the payment:

1. Visiting the cashier counter to make the payment in person.
2. Paying by credit card by providing your credit card number and expiration date.
3. Wiring the money directly to our hospital bank account. Please see the bank details below:

Bank Name: Woori Bank

Account Name: ABC hospital

Account Number: 123-456-789

Amount: 100,000 KRW
