오늘은 문진표에 대해서 공부해 보도록 하겠습니다. 

보통 의사 진료 전에 환자분이 왜 왔는지 내원 경위를 파악하게 됩니다. 

오늘은 산부인과 문진표에 대해서 공부해 보도록 하겠습니다.

 

1. 왜래 내원 이유:

자궁근종(Uterine fibroids) 

 

Uterine fibroids are noncancerous growths of the uterus that often appear during childbearing years. Also called leiomyomas or myomas, uterine fibroids aren't associated with an increased risk of uterine cancer and almost never develop into cancer.

 

자궁선근종(adenomyosis)

 

Adenomyosis occurs when the tissue that normally lines the uterus (endometrial tissue) grows into the muscular wall of the uterus. The displaced tissue continues to act normally — thickening, breaking down and bleeding — during each menstrual cycle. An enlarged uterus and painful, heavy periods can result.

 

자궁선근종은 보통 자궁 내막 조직인 내막이 자궁 근층에 자라는 상황을 말합니다. 그로 인해 자궁이 비대하게 되고, 고통스러운 대량 출혈이 발생할 수 있습니다. 평소와 같이 내막 조직은 각 월경주기마다 증식, 분해, 출혈을 하게 됩니다. 그 결과로 자궁이 비대해지고 생리양이 많이질 숭 있습니다. 

 

난소 낭종(Ovarian cysts) 

Ovarian cysts are sacs, usually filled with fluid, in an ovary or on its surface. Females have two ovaries. One ovary is located on each side of the uterus.

 

난소 낭종은 난소나 그 표면에 생기는 액체로 채워진 작은 작은 주머니입니다.

여성은 자궁의 양쪽에 하나씩 존재하는 두 개의 난소가 있습니다.

 

자궁질탈출증 (Uterine prolapse)

 

Uterine prolapse occurs when pelvic floor muscles and ligaments stretch and weaken until they no longer provide enough support for the uterus. As a result, the uterus slips down into or protrudes out of the vagina

 

자궁 탈출은 골반 바닥 근육과 인대가 늘어나 약해져 자궁에 충분한 지지를 제공하지 못할 때 발생합니다. 결과적으로 자궁이 질 내부로 내려가거나 혹은 질의 외부로 튀어나올 수 있습니다.
