오늘은 소화기계에 대해서 알아보도록 하겠습니다.

 

 

간	liver	간은 축구공 크기 정도의 장기로, 배의 오른쪽 아래 늑골 아래쪽에 위치합니다. 간은 음식 소화와 독성 물질을 체내에서 제거하는 데 필수적입니다.	The liver is an organ about the size of a football. It sits just under your rib cage on the right side of your abdomen. The liver is essential for digesting food and ridding your body of toxic substances.
쓸개(담낭)	gallbladder	당신의 담낭은 소화 시스템의 일부입니다. 주된 기능은 담즙을 저장하는 것입니다. 담즙은 소화 시스템이 지방을 분해하는 데 도움을 줍니다. 담즙은 주로 콜레스테롤, 빌리루빈 및 담즙염으로 구성된 혼합물입니다.	Your gallbladder is part of your digestive system. Its main function is to store bile. Bile helps your digestive system break down fats. Bile is a mixture of mainly cholesterol, bilirubin and bile salts.
이자(췌장)	Pancreas	췌장은 복부에 위치한 장기로, 우리가 먹는 음식을 신체의 세포들이 사용할 수 있는 에너지로 전환하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 췌장은 소화에 도움을 주는 외분비 기능과 혈당 조절을 담당하는 내분비 기능 두 가지의 주요 기능을 가지고 있습니다.	The pancreas is an organ located in the abdomen. It plays an essential role in converting the food we eat into fuel for the body's cells. The pancreas has two main functions: an exocrine function that helps in digestion and an endocrine function that regulates blood sugar.
오른간관(우간관)	Right hepatic duct
왼간관(좌간관)	Left hepatic duct
온간관(총간관)	common hepatic duct	간에서 담즙을 운반하는 관으로, 공통간담관은 간 내에서 오른쪽 간관과 왼쪽 간관이 합쳐진 곳에서 시작하여 담낭에서 나온 관이 합류해 공통담도를 형성하는 곳에서 끝나는 담도입니다. 이것은 담도계 시스템의 일부입니다.	A tube that carries bile from the liver. The common hepatic duct starts where the right and left hepatic ducts join outside the liver and ends where a duct from the gallbladder joins it to form the common bile duct. It is part of the biliary system.
쓸개관(담낭관)	Cystic duct	담낭에서 담즙을 운반하는 관으로, 총담관을 형성하기 위해 온간관과 붙어있습니다.  이것은 담도계 시스템의 일부입니다.	A tube that carries bile from the gall bladder. It joins the common hepatic duct to form the common bile duct. It is part of the biliary duct system.
온쓸개관(총담관)	Common bile duct	총담관은 총간관과 담낭관이 합쳐진 곳으로, 총담관이라고도 불립니다. 생리학적으로는 담낭에서 생성된 담즙을 운반하여 소장 상부인 십이지장에 배출하는 역할을 합니다. 담췌관은 담즙순환계의 일부입니다.	The common bile duct is a small, tube-like structure formed where the common hepatic duct and the cystic duct join. Its physiological role is to carry bile from the gallbladder and empty it into the upper part of the small intestine (the duodenum). The common bile duct is part of the biliary system.
이자관(췌장관)	Pancreatic ducts	주요 췌장관은 췌장 전체에 있는 췌장관입니다. 췌장에서 분비되는 췌장액을 배출하고 십이지장으로 운반합니다.	The main duct is the pancreatic duct which runs the length of the pancreas. It drains the pancreatic fluid from the gland and carries it to the duodenum
