오늘은 천식 소견이 있는 환자 진료통역을 다녀왔습니다.

보통 천식이 있는 환자의 경우 알러지테스트가 기본적으로 권고된다고 합니다. 

오늘 skin prick test에 대해서 알아보도록 하겠습니다. 

 

 

During allergy skin tests, your skin is exposed to suspected allergy-causing substances (allergens) and is then observed for signs of an allergic reaction.

Along with your medical history, allergy tests may be able to confirm whether a particular substance you touch, breathe or eat is causing symptoms.

 

알레르기 피부 검사 중에는 의심되는 알레르기 유발 물질(알레르기원)이 피부에 노출되고 알레르기 반응의 증상을 관찰합니다.

의료 기록과 함께 알레르기 검사는 특정 물질이 증상을 유발하는지 확인할 수 있습니다. 이는 피부 접촉, 호흡 또는 섭취하는 특정 물질이 증상의 원인인지를 확인할 수 있는 검사입니다.

A skin prick test, also called a puncture or scratch test, checks for immediate allergic reactions to as many as 50 different substances at once. This test is usually done to identify allergies to pollen, mold, pet dander, dust mites and foods. In adults, the test is usually done on the forearm. Children may be tested on the upper back.

Allergy skin tests aren't painful. This type of testing uses needles (lancets) that barely penetrate the skin's surface. You won't bleed or feel more than mild, momentary discomfort.

After cleaning the test site with alcohol, the nurse draws small marks on your skin and applies a drop of allergen extract next to each mark. He or she then uses a lancet to prick the extracts into the skin's surface. A new lancet is used for each allergen.

 

천자검사 또는 난절검사라고 부르는 skin prick test라고 부르는 검사는 한 번에 최대 50가지 다른 물질에 대한 즉시적인 알레르기 반응을 확인합니다. 이 검사는 대개 꽃가루, 곰팡이, 애완 동물 비토리, 집진집물, 식품에 대한 알레르기를 식별하기 위해 수행됩니다. 성인의 경우 이 검사는 대개 팔에 수행됩니다. 어린이는 상반신 등에 검사를 진행합니다. 

알레르기 피부 검사는 아픈 것이 아닙니다. 이러한 검사는 피부 표면에 거의 침투하지 않는 니들(랜셋)을 사용합니다. 피가 나지 않으며, 가벼운 순간적인 불편을 제외하고는 느끼지 않을 것입니다.

간호사는 검사 부위를 알코올로 청소한 후 피부에 작은 표식을 그리고 각 표식 옆에 알레르기 추출물 한 방울을 떨어뜨립니다. 그런 다음 랜셋을 사용하여 추출물을 피부 표면에 찔러넣습니다. 각 알레르기에 대해 새로운 랜셋을 사용합니다.

 

 

 

1. The area of your skin to be tested will be cleaned with alcohol.
2. The nurse will make a series of marks on your skin. These marks will be used to keep track of the different allergens and how your skin reacts to them.
3. A small drop of each allergen will be placed on your skin.
4. The nurse will lightly prick the surface of your skin under each drop so a small amount of the allergen will seep into the skin. The procedure isn’t usually painful but some people find it slightly irritating.
5. After this part of the test is complete, you’ll wait for any reactions, which usually peak within 15 to 20 minutes. If you’re allergic to a substance, you’ll develop a red, itchy bump. The area where the allergen was placed will look like a mosquito bite surrounded by a red ring.
6. Your reactions will be evaluated and measured. The bumps from the skin reaction usually disappears within a few hours.

5. 이 부분이 완료되면, 약 15~20분 내에 대부분의 반응이 최고조에 도달할 때까지 반응을 지켜봅니다. 만약 특정 물질에 알레르기가 있다면, 붉고 가렵게 부어오른 여드름 모양의 반점이 생깁니다. 알레르기원이 놓인 부위는 붉은 고리로 둘러싸인 모기 물린 것처럼 보일 것입니다.

 

6. 귀하의 반응은 평가되고 측정될 것입니다. 피부 반응으로 생긴 여드름은 일반적으로 몇 시간 내에 사라집니다.
