ERCP	经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术 Jīngnèijìng nìxíng yídǎnguǎn zàoyǐngshù	Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)
의사는 ERCP를 이용하여 간이나 담낭, 담관, 췌장의 문제를 진단할 수 있습니다.	医生通过ERCP可診断肝、胆囊、胆管和胰脏的问题 Yīshēng tōngguò ERCP kě zhěnduàn gān, dǎnnáng, dǎnguǎn hé yízàng de wèntí	ERCP enables the physician to diagnose problems in the liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, and pancreas.
ERCP는 황달이나 상복통, 원인을 알 수 없는 체중 감소의 원인을 파악하는데 사용할 수 있습니다.	ERCP主要用于检查确认黄疸或上腹痛、不明原因的体重下降的原因等。 ERCP zhǔyào yòngyú jiǎnchá quèrèn huángdǎn huò shàngfùtòng, bùmíng yuányīn de tǐzhòng xiàjiàngde yuányīn děng. 시슬 8시간 이전부터 음식을 섭취하지 마십시오	检查前8小时起,清不要进食, Jiǎnchá qián 8 xiǎoshíqǐ, qīng bùyào jìnshí,	Please do not eat or drink anything for 8 hours before the procedure.
특히 요오드 알레르기가 있다면 의사에게 말려주십시오	如果有碘过敏史,清提前告知医生 Rúguǒ yǒu diǎnguòmǐnshǐ, qīng tíqián gàozhī yīshēng	Please notify the physician if you have allergies, especially to iodine.
검사 후 귀가에 동행할 지인과 함께 오십시오	检查结束后归家时,请与同伴者同行. Jiǎnchá jiéshùhòu guījiāshí, qǐng yǔ tóngbànzhě tóngxíng	Please arrange for someone to accompany you home after the test.

엑스레이실에 있는 검사 테이블에 왼쪽으로 눕습니다	左側位躺在拍X光片的检查台上。 Zuǒcèwèi tǎngzài pāi X guāng piàn de jiǎnchá tái shàng.	You will lie on your left side on the examination table in the x-ray room.
인후 뒷쪽을 마취하는데 도움이 되는 의약품이나 검사 중에 긴장을 완화하는데 도움이 되는 진정제가 투여됩니다	为患者使用麻醉咽喉后部的药品,或在检查中缓解患者紧张的镇定剂。 Wéi huànzhě shǐyòng mázuì yānhóu hòubù di yàopǐn, huò zài jiǎnchá zhōng huǎnjiě huànzhě jǐnzhāng de zhèndìngjì.	You will be given medication to help numb the back of your throat or sedative to help you relax during the exam.
환자가 내시경을 삼키면 의사는 식도와 위, 십이지장을 지나 담도계관과 췌장이 십이지장을 향해 열린 부위에 도착 할 때까지 내시경을 조정합니다.	患者吞咽内窥镜后,医生在内窥镜经过食道、 胃和十二指肠,直到胆总管/胰管向着十二指肠的开口 部位处前,将不断调整内窥镜。 Huànzhě tūnyàn nèikuījìng hòu, yīshēng zài nèi kuī jìng jīngguò shídào, wèi hé shí'èr zhǐ cháng, zhídào dǎnzǒngguǎn/yí guǎn xiàngzhe shí'èr zhǐ cháng de kāikǒu bùwèi chùqián, jiāng bùduàn tiáozhěng nèikuījìng.	You will swallow the endoscope, and the physician will then guide the scope through your esophagus, stomach, and duodenum until it reaches the spot where the ducts of the biliary tree and pancreas open into the duodenum.
이때 환자가 테이블에서 몸을 돌려 엎드리면 의사는 작은 플라스틱관을 내시경에 통과시킵니다.	此时,患者转身趴在检查台上有助于医生将小的塑料管通过内窥镜。 。 Cǐ shí, huànzhě zhuǎnshēn pā zài jiǎnchá tái shàng yǒu zhù yú yīshēng jiāng xiǎo de sùliào guǎn tōngguò nèi kuī jìng.	At this time, you will be turned to lie flat on your stomach, and the physician will pass a small plastic tube through the scope.

검사에서 담석이나 담관 협착이 확인될 경우, 의사는 내시경으로 기구를 삽입하여 차단을 제거 또는 해결할 수 있 습니다. •	检查过程中,确定胆结石或胆管狭窄时, 医生将通过内窥镜插入器具以去除或解决阻塞的问题。 Jiǎnchá guòchéng zhōng, quèdìng dǎnjiéshí huò dǎnguǎn xiázhǎi shí, yīshēng jiāng tōngguò nèi kuī jìng chārù qìjù yǐ qùchú huò jiějué zǔsè de wèntí.	If the exam shows a gallstone or a narrowing of the ducts, the physician will insert instruments into the scope to remove the obstruction or work around it.
추가 검사를 위해 필요한 경우에는 조직 시료(생검)를 채취할 수 있습니다. ·	为进行进一步的检查,医生在必要时将采取组织样本(活检) Wéi jìnxíng jìnyībù de jiǎnchá, yīshēng zài bìyào shí jiāng cǎiqǔ zǔzhī yàngběn (huójiǎn) ·	If necessary, tissue samples (biopsy) may be taken for further test.

You may experience some discomfort when the physician blows air into the duodenum and injects the dye into the ducts
그러나 진통제나 진정제를 투여하면 큰 불편을 느끼지 않을 것입니다 •	注射镇痛剂或镇定剂时可有所缓解 Zhùshè zhèntòngjì huò zhèndìngjì shí kě yǒu suǒ huǎnjiě	Note, however, the pain medicine and sedative shoudl keep you from feeling too much discomfort
ERCP는 30분에서 2시간 가량 진행됩니다.	ERCP需要约30分钟至2小时。 ERCP xūyào yuē 30 fēnzhōng zhì 2 xiǎoshí.	ERCP takes 30 minutes to 2 hours.
시술 후에는 진정제의 약효가 사라질 때까지 병원에 1-2시간 머물러야 합니다.	检查结束后请在医院停留1-2小时,直到镇定剂药效消失。出院前医生将确认患者是否有并发症。 Jiǎnchá jiéshù hòu qǐng zài yīyuàn tíngliú 1-2 xiǎoshí, zhídào zhèndìng jì yàoxiào xiāoshī.	After the procedure, you will need to stay at the hospital for 1-2 hours until the sedative wears off.
의사는 환자가 퇴원하기 전에 합병 중의 징후가 없는지 확인합니다.	出院前医生将确认患者是否有并发症 Chūyuàn qián yīshēng jiāng quèrèn huànzhě shìfǒu yǒu bìngfā zhèng	The physician will confirm you do not have signs of complications before you leave.
위험요소 및 합병증	危险因素及并发症
ERCP로 발생할 수 있는 합병증에는 췌장염(췌장의 염증)과 감염, 출혈, 십이지장 천공이 포함됩니다.	ERCP检查可引发的并发症包括胰腺炎(胰腺炎症)及感染、出血、十二指肠穿孔。 ERCP jiǎnchá kě yǐnfā de bìngfā zhèng bāokuò yíxiànyán (yíxiàn yánzhèng) jí gǎnrǎn, chūxiě, shí'èr zhǐ cháng chuānkǒng.	Possible complications of ERCP include pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas), infection, bleeding, and perforation of the duodenum.
하지만 이러한 문제는 흔하지 않습니다.	不过这种问题发生的概率较小。 Bùguò zhèzhǒng wèntí fāshēng de gàilǜ jiào xiǎo.	Note, however, that such problems are uncommon.
진정제가 주입된 부위에 압통이 느껴지고 덩어리가 생길 수 있지만 수일이나 수주 안에 사 라집	注射镇定荆的部位会感到压痛或生成疙瘩,数周后將会自动消失。 Zhùshè zhèndìngjīng de bùwèi kuài gǎndào yātòng huò shēngchéng gēda, shù zhōu hòu jiāng huì zìdòng xiāoshī.	You may have some tenderness or a lump where the sedative was injected, but that should go away in a few days or weeks.
