오늘은 혈당을 모니터링하는 방법을 보여 드리겠습니다.	I'm going to show you how to monitor your blood sugar
가장 먼저 해야 할 일은 손을 씻는 것입니다.	The first thing you need to do is simply wash your hands
손을 씻는 이유는 깨끗하고 좋은 결과를 얻기 위해서입니다.	The reasons for washing your hands is so that they're clean and you'll get an accurate blood sugar reading
정확한 혈당 수치를 읽으려면 측정기를 꺼내야 합니다	Then you'll need to get your meter out
이미 측정기에 날짜와 시간을 설정해 두었으니 바로 사용할 수 있습니다.	I've already set my meter up with the date and the time so it'll be ready to go
다음으로 필요한 배터리는 스트립입니다.	The next thing you will need is your strips
테스트지는 빛,온도, 습도에 굉장히 민감합니다.	Strips are very sensitive to light, temperatur and moisture.
함께 제공된 유리병에 보관해야 합니다.	So,you need to keep them in the vial that they came with
제가 지적하고 싶은 또 다른 것은 만료 날짜입니다.	The other thing I want to point out  is the expiration date
오래되지 않은 것이 매우 중요합니다.	It's very important that they're not outdated
오래된 스트립을 사용하지 마십시오. 좋은 결과를 얻지 못하는 경우가 많습니다.	Do not use strips that are outdated you many not get good resutls.
손가락 옆면을 사용하는 이유가 가장 정확해요	The reason I'm using the sides of my fingers it's the most accurate
측면을 사용할 때는 패드나 팁이 아닌 측면을 사용하십시오.	When you're using the sides make sure you use either side not the pad or the tip
패드나 팁을 사용하면 아프다	Using the pad or the tip will hurt
다음으로 필요한 것은 란셋 바늘이에요	The next thing I need is a Lancet needle
나는 란셋 바늘을 란셋에 직접 꽂는 것을 좋아합니다.	I like to put my Lancet needle directly into my Lancet.
아래까지만 내려가니 윗부분을 비틀어 떼어내세요	It will only go so far down,  Twist the top and take this off
그런 다음 캡을 씌워주세요.	Then go ahead and place the cap on.
캡의 방울 크기가 다릅니다.	The cap has different size of drops
대부분의 란셋 홀더에는 점이나 물방울이 있거나 때로는 여기 아래에 숫자가 있습니다.	Most lancet holders will either have dots or drop or sometimes they' are down here or numbers.
도핑 수치가 클수록 바늘이 손가락 속으로 더 깊게 들어가게 됩니다.	The larger the dop number or drop the deeper that needle will go into you finger.
따라서 이를 가능한 가장 낮은 설정으로 낮추고 싶습니다. 그래도 좋은 피 한 방울을 얻을 수 있습니다.	So you want to turn this down to the lowest setting possible and still get a good drop of blood.
	The next thing I'm going to do is get my vial of strips
	open it closing it these strips are very user friendly meaning I can touch them all over
선이 있는 끝은 일반적으로 미터에 들어가는 끝입니다.	The end with the lines is usually the end that will go into your meter
작은 구멍이 있는 쪽이 피가 가는 곳이에요	The side that has the little opening is where the blood will go
측정기를 집어 들고 이 테스트지를 밀어넣으면 측정기가 켜집니다.	Pick up your meter and slide this srip in and that will turn your meter on.
측정기가 지시할 때까지 기다리거나 피 한 방울을 요구하는 그림을 따르기만 하면 됩니다.	You're simply going to wait until the meter prompts you or follow the pictures t's asking for a drop of blood
이 시점에서 나는 란셋 홀더를 가져다가 손가락 옆면에 대고 있을 것입니다.	At this point I'm going to take my Lancet holder and I'm going to hold it against the side of my finger
즉시 혈액이 보이지 않으면 손가락으로 젖을 짜서 적절한 샘플을 채취하세요.	Iif you don't see blood right away simply milk your finger to get an adequate sample
혈액 샘플이 양호하게 채취되면 스트립을 가볍게 터치하면 혈액 샘플이 스트립 안으로 끌어당겨집니다.	Once you have a  good sample of blood simply touch the strip against and it will draw it into the strip.
이제 5초 정도 시간이 있으니 읽어볼 수 있을 것입니다	Now I have about five seconds and it's going to give me a reading.
이제 기록부를 꺼낼 수 있으며 그 후에는 기록부에 결과를 넣고 싶습니다.	Now you can get your record book out and I would want to put my result in my record book after that I'm going to
그리고 나는 내 기록부에 내 결과를 넣고 싶습니다.	and I would want to put my result in my record book
그 후에는 측정기에서 스트립을 꺼내겠습니다. 이제 이것을 그냥 버리시면 됩니다. Lance	after that I'm going to take my strip out of my meter and you can simply throw this away now my Lance
